1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

2) Where We Ship

We ship from Singapore to the following locations: Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia.

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

4) Delivery Time Estimates

  • Within Singapore: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5-7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

5) Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

6) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT) imposed by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

7) Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@picklejoyclub.co with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution.

8) Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please verify your shipping address before checkout.
  • We cannot modify or redirect the address after dispatch.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-shipping fee may apply.

9) Partial Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items

In rare cases, items may ship separately or be canceled/refunded if out of stock. We will notify you by email if this happens.
